Allen Chevrolet Cadillac  is seeking a skilled and experienced Oil Change Technician to help boost productivity and maintain high service quality in our growing service department.

Location: Monroe MI

  • Proven experience in oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance

Your Role Will Include:

  • Performing oil changes and routine maintenance

  • Conducting vehicle inspections to identify potential issues

  • Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

  • Supporting our team’s goals to increase service quality and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an oil change technician (1+ years preferred)

  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable work ethic

  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
