Key Responsibilities

• Present financial products and extended service contracts to customers

• Secure financing through our established network of lenders

• Structure deals for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Maintain accurate and complete deal documentation

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer transitions

• Track and report finance and insurance metrics regularly

• Train and support sales staff in understanding available finance products

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Finance Manager in a high-volume dealership

• Deep understanding of automotive finance regulations and compliance

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of Dealertrack, RouteOne, Darwin and CDK

• High integrity, professional demeanor, and customer-first attitude

• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

• Valid driver’s license
